We all love to “congregate” after Worship for food and fellowship, but it’s distressing to see how much waste we generate as a result. In the weeks ahead you’ll begin to see some changes. We’ll start using compostable serve ware: plates and hot cups made of recycled paper and forks and cold cups made of PLA (plastic made from cornstarch), all certified compostable and accepted for pickup by Black Earth Compost.
