Delicious, Nutritious and Fun
Thank you all for contributing to last Sunday’s Plant-Based Potluck luncheon. It was so great to gather together and learn about this important subject. A special thanks to CCT member Brita Lundberg for suggesting we invite her friend and colleague Janet Limke, MD as our guest speaker. It was a fun and informative event.
And to our creative chefs: thank you for providing so many nutritious and delicious options. We are truly a multi-talented congregation!
